To register, please use the inquiry form on this page. Once we receive your inquiry, we'll send you a reservation number. This number is important for all further steps regarding your reservation. If no spots are available on your preferred date, we'll suggest an alternative.

Please only register the number of people you firmly expect on the day of the event.

To make your reservation binding, we ask for a deposit of €100.00 — regardless of group size. This deposit must reach us no later than two weeks after your registration, otherwise we'll have to cancel the reservation. If you can't meet this deadline, please contact us immediately so we can discuss the next steps.

The final payment is due each year on December 1, before the season begins. For bookings received in the final two weeks before this deadline, we ask you to transfer the full amount directly — without a separate deposit — by December 1.

For bookings received after December 1, the following applies: full payment must be made within one week of the booking date.

We'll send you the correct bank details for your booked variation along with the reservation confirmation. Please always include your name, the group name (if applicable), and the reservation number with your transfer — without this information, we can't assign your payment.

Please notify us in writing (e-mail or post) of any changes to the registered number of guests. Always include your reservation number.

Up until the final payment, you can change the number of guests free of charge — you can cancel or add bookings. The deposit, however, generally cannot be refunded, not even partially.

After the final payment, cancellations are unfortunately no longer possible. Since the tickets aren't tied to specific individuals, you can pass on any tickets you don't need to other people. For additional bookings, availability is the deciding factor.

Due to the serving of alcohol, the noise level, and the party atmosphere, our Kohl & Pinkel events are not suitable for children.

Bollerwagen are stored on board the ship or at the dock in enclosed rooms. At Café Sand, we also provide an enclosed room for storage. Please register your Bollerwagen with us up to two weeks before the event date.

At Café Sand, Bollerwagen can be picked up the day after the event by prior arrangement. On board the ship, however, later pickup is unfortunately not possible — Bollerwagen must be taken back with you immediately after the event.

We don't offer a flat-rate drinks package. Drinks are billed by consumption — either on an individual-payer basis or by invoice.

The exception is our all-inclusive events on board. On these dates, selected drinks are already included in the price of €87.50 (see above).

Bringing your own beverages is not permitted at our events. We reserve the right to inspect bags.

For our guests from Bremen-Nord, we offer the option of having the ship dock at Vegesack pier about 1.5 hours before the end of the event. If you'd like to disembark there, please let the crew know when boarding.

This stopover is only available for the Kohl & Pinkel parties on board the ships.
