How Many Guests Are You Expecting?

Choose from numerous catering options. Details on each option can be found on our catering page.
When Would You Like to Set Sail?
Choose your preferred date and set the start and end time for your cruise. Then specify the departure and arrival points along the Weser – we’ll take care of the route in between.
How Far in Advance Should I Book?
Especially in the summer months, weekend dates are in high demand. Some organisers reserve up to eighteen months in advance.
With a little flexibility on timing, however, options at shorter notice are usually still available.
Where Does the Cruise Go?
Our cruises generally start and end at Martinianleger in central Bremen. On request, your cruise can also begin or end at a different landing stage – in this case, a repositioning surcharge applies.
The route depends on the duration of your cruise and is yours to choose. Tides, lock and bridge opening times, and speed limits all play a role.
Should your preferred route not be possible, we’ll find a suitable alternative together. An interim stop during your cruise is of course possible.
How Long Can My Event Last?
The duration of your event is set out in the contract. Our ship is ready for boarding 15 minutes before the start and should be vacated 15 minutes after the agreed end time.
The latest possible event end time is 1:00 am. Please note that an extension on the day of the event is generally not possible, as our staff are scheduled in advance.
How Do I Arrange My Catering?
We work with a renowned party-service partner and can flexibly accommodate your wishes – including unconventional ideas. Our catering prices already include service staff, crockery and cutlery, the set table and buffet equipment.
Please note that you cannot bring your own food on board. If you wish to engage your own commercial caterer (hotel, restaurant or party service), this is possible by arrangement. In this case, we charge for service staff, equipment, cleaning and waste disposal depending on the effort involved.
Can We Really Crank Up the Volume?
Of course you can celebrate to your heart’s content! We only ask that the music is no longer audible from the shore – particularly along the city stretch in the inner-city area and at the landing stages.
If you’re planning a particularly lively celebration, we’re happy to discuss a suitable concept with you in advance.
Is a Deposit Required?
Upon contract signing, a deposit of 10% of the estimated total is generally due.
For certain events, full payment before departure may be required – we’ll arrange this with you individually.
